Apple and Cinnamon water

With winter just around the corner this is a perfect mix of ingredients and its almost calorie free, even better! And you only need three simple ingredients: 1 apple, 1 teaspoon of powdered cinema and, you guessed it, a jug full of water! The method is just as simple as the ingredient list, you simply slice the apple up, add it to an empty pitcher along with the cinnamon, add the water and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes. There you have it, a perfect winter detox that will leave your insides clean.

Now this is something you can do everyday to help ready you digestive system for the day ahead. Simple squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass of water and drink it as soon as you wake up. Not only does it do you lots of good it also tastes very refreshing, what better way to wake up to?

There really is no need to splurge on these expensive juice detoxes, which are sometimes not as healthy as they appear, when you can use these simple methods from home. Detoxing in moderation can have lots of health benefits, as long as it is not taken to the extreme.
